At Swift Habits, we began our journey in 2023 after witnessing firsthand how productivity challenges were costing businesses millions while increasing employee burnout. Our founding team, with backgrounds in behavioral psychology, AI development, and enterprise productivity, recognized that existing tools were failing to address the root cause of workplace productivity issues: habit formation.
